Palestine starts summer time one week late

Palestine summer time will start at 00:00 on 29 March instead of the presumed transition date, 23 March 2019.

If your device is set to the Palestinian time zone, you can make it show the correct time by changing the time zone to Beirut until the actual transition time on 29 March.

Update: The transition time will take place on 29 March at 00:00, not 30 March at 01:00 as previously reported.
